Had tins of coffee on the shelf with a price tag if $18.99. When I brought it to the till, it rang up at $23.99. I said the sign said differently, and the staff said ?sorry, the sign wasn?t changed?. I told them they should be honouring the price ofthe sign, but they declined, so I returned it. First of all: terrible service, and setting the wrong standard in my opinion especially with a long lineup of customers, some who were shaking their heads. Secondly: $23.99 for a tin of coffee is nuts. Iwalked across to Coop and scooped it up for $18.99, which by the way is also nuts. Will be buying different coffee from nowon. Shape up.
People today dont even have the mental capacity to make a bagel. You can tell when something is toasted and not. It wasnt even that busy.... it's just your employees DGAF. Fire the person working the food station today 7:00 am. They obviously cant dosimple tasks
Bad, slow service. i usually dont care for slow service but when theres 6 people working and 2 customers (getting only coffees) and it takes more than 5 minutes for a single coffee it?s atrocious. from the beginning of may until now it has been the samebad service, minus about only two good workers.
