Great service; my server was friendly and my food came quickly. Food was delicious (minced shrimp and spring rolls on vermicelli) and very generous portions. Would definitely dine here again!

My husband and I are both pho fiends and absolutely love the flavour of their pho. The sizes are also substantial for the price and keep you full longer. We will be coming back for more as it's flagged as ones of our top spots now!!!

The broth is clean and flavorful, and the noodles... read more I’ve been coming to Pho Chu The for years, and it’s still one of my favorites and go-to pho spots in Calgary. The broth is clean and flavorful, and the noodles are silky and satisfying. Lately though, the meat-to-noodle ratio has been inconsistent. The large size just feels like extra noodles without more meat, and when I ordered a regular with extra meat, it seemed like only a couple of extra pieces were added despite the charge. For a place that’s always been on the pricier side, the taste used to justify it — but the imbalance is becoming noticeable. Still considered one of my favorites, but I’m getting tired of the inconsistency and will likely explore other options too.
