I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Subway. I ordered my usual go-to, the green goddess chicken rice bowl, only to find that the cucumbers were sliced paper thin. Additionally, they neglected to include avocado, which is a key component of the dish. When I returned to address these issues, I was charged extra for something that should have been included in the first place. This level of inconsistency and lack of attention to detail is unacceptable.
The most consistently rude staff. On two occasions, I have gone in to pick up skip orders and the staff have acted like I came in before they were open. I ordered after 9 am today, and this location opens at 8 am, so why do they never have any ingredients prepared, my food is never ready, and the staff are annoyed to have someone come in. Today, the girl working saw me walk in and said, just wait before I even said a word. I waited until she had put every ingredient basket out. Then I said I had a pickup and she said she didn 't even know an order had come in.Last time I ordered, a different woman wiped her nose on her sleeve and then put her gloves on and prepared my food. I had preordered my meal, so I 'm not sure why she only started making it at that point. Then, she gave me the wrong chips but I didn 't say anything because I thought maybe she has having a bad day.Look, customer service isn 't fun for anyone but general manners go a long way. And the fact that multiple members of staff have been more than unpleasant, is a real problem.
The staff are just not friendly. They don't know how to greet or smile. Despite that, the subs are good. Hey ladies, you would earn good tips if you were welcoming, but I won't tip you for miserable service.
Customer service at this location has diminished drastically…Would not recommend.
My last experience was lovely. Customer service was kind and informative...this time it was not. Employee was extremely grumpy, hardly spoke as she worked, she flung sandwich meat, portions were significantly less (half) and bacon that was standard did not make its way into the sandwich.I will stop somewhere else in the future.
