I got a wrong job last week and complained about a very rude staff at the window. I was told to be replaced by my wrong order, and the court is coming back at any time. When I came back, the same drink ordered, the manager refused to give me my job. if I can give a zero star, I would. rude staff here and slow service View all feedback.
Redz, Louis, and Kaitlyn truly make me feel like royalty! They greet me warmly, remember my order, and are always friendly without being too much. If the coffee isn't fresh, they make a new pot. I will miss them all until next year's rehearsals. I can't wait to come back!
I recently stopped by to grab a puppacino while out for a walk, but the middle-aged Asian woman with glasses at the register immediately and rudely informed me that only service dogs were allowed inside. There was no greeting or customer service provided, even while she was taking another customer's order. I would rate the staff 0/10, making this the worst Starbucks I have ever visited. I was disappointed, especially since there was no sign indicating that dogs were not allowed. It seems this location is not the place to go for customer service or puppacinos. I found the experience to be disappointing and disrespectful due to her manner.
The restaurant only seemed to prioritize the customers in the drive-thru and completely ignored those of us who ordered and waited inside the store. They didn't even know the recipe for a Venti size latte, which should have 3 shots. When I pointed this out, they tried to convince me that I was wrong, even though I've been ordering Starbucks lattes since before they were even born. This lack of knowledge is a clear indication of poor training. Overall, it seems that Starbucks is going downhill in terms of quality, with their products being overpriced and of subpar quality. It's disappointing.
