When asked to warm... read more I had a negative experience with one of the employees at this restaurant. Despite being polite and friendly, I received no greeting or smile. When asked to warm up my food, the employee gave me an unpleasant look and handed me a receipt stating that I had requested it. I do not recall being asked this question, as the employee did not seem welcoming. This type of behavior was unexpected from Second Cup, and was a new experience for me.

The area around the Second Cup is room... read more I frequently visit this Second Cup for meetings and coffee. The staff is consistently friendly, and the service is quick. The area around the Second Cup is roomy and inviting, making it convenient to meet up with others in Bankers Hall or The Core. I will continue to come here and highly recommend Second Cup to anyone seeking a lovely spot for a coffee.

The area around the Second Cup is spacious and quite for the most part. It’s easier than meeting with people in Bankers Hall or The Core. Will keep coming back and would definitely recommend Second Cup to anyone looking for a nice place for a coffee.
