I love the coffee at this restaurant and the staff is friendly. However, the croissant I got was extremely hard and disappointing. It seemed old and stale, and by the time I realized, I had already left. They need to improve their quality control on their baked goods, as it made me think the croissant had been sitting out for days. Additionally, the drive-thru speaker is very quiet, making it difficult to hear.
This restaurant is a very convenient and clean spot to unwind with friends after shopping in the Signal Hill area. They serve delicious smoothies!
If I were the owner, I would be upset. We arrived at the restaurant on Sunday at 4:45 PM after a trip. The host informed us that they were closed, which was surprising since their sign indicated they were open until 7 PM on long weekends. My wife went inside to double-check and was told they were closing at 5 due to the long weekend. She mentioned it was only 10 minutes to 5, but they still began turning off the lights and insisted they were closed. There was a car behind us that also got turned away, and we noticed three more vehicles being sent out of the parking lot.
I suggest trying the flat white at this restaurant. The foam is nice and well made.
Bad customer service. on 3. juli at 4:53 clock with my two small children to get them hot chocolate. When I came in, people still sat at the coffee and barista told me they were closed. I looked at my watch and told her it was 4:53 and that they were advertised online to close at 18 o'clock. She said she was told by the owner to close 5. I said it's okay, but it's 4:53." was extremely disappointed about the service and was never previously rejected service before a business was closed. but no one was more disappointed than my children?
