The owner is always very fr... read more I don't usually write reviews, but I felt I had to share my experience. I absolutely love the food here and usually opt for takeout. The owner is always very friendly. However, when I dined in yesterday, the waitress I encountered was rather rude. As soon as I sat down, she immediately asked if I was ready to order. I requested a few minutes to look over the menu, but she returned less than a minute later to check if I was ready. I explained that I still needed some more time, and she seemed quite annoyed. Without saying anything, she walked away and sent another staff member to assist me. I understand everyone is just trying to do their job, but it would be nice to have a bit of time to review the menu, especially given the many options available. Thank you.

The portions are generous, and the taste of the soup is outstanding. Plus, it's conveniently located close to my home with plenty of parking available. I will definitely return!

Saigon stated that we hadn't paid for the full a... read more We ordered food for delivery online via Skip the Dishes, but unfortunately, we only received part of our order. Saigon stated that we hadn't paid for the full amount and accused Skip of canceling an item. However, our order confirmation from Skip clearly shows that we paid for everything. This is the second time we've encountered issues; previously, we received the wrong dish and never heard back after asking for a refund.

I ordered the beef flank and rare beef soup, but I was disappointed to find that it was fully cooked instead of rare. The broth lacked flavor, and the noodles had an undesirable texture. We also noticed a strange fishy smell coming from the beef, which affected its taste. We had high expectations based on the reviews, but as regular diners of Vietnamese cuisine, we felt let down and won't be coming back. You might want to try it yourself; your experience could be different. However, I can recommend several other places that are far superior before I consider spending money here again. Unless they hire a new chef from Vietnam and completely overhaul their recipes, I really can’t recommend this restaurant to anyone. This is the first time I've ever left a whole bowl of soup untouched!
