I had to wait 45 minutes past my scheduled pickup time for my or... read more I'm not sure if this restaurant has recently changed ownership, but it was a complete disaster. I had to wait 45 minutes past my scheduled pickup time for my order, and I noticed others were waiting for an hour. The restaurant was empty, which made the long wait even more frustrating. When I got home, I discovered that they had left out all the salad from my Vermicelli and gave me the wrong starter altogether. To top it off, the food wasn’t even edible.

The bowl was large and had a lot of delicate beef. I also heard the lobster noodle soup here is popular. I have to try the next time.

The broth was good but the lobst... read more Had a disappointing experience here before but my cousin really wanted to try the lobster pho so decided to give it another go. The broth was good but the lobster was very overdone and the taste was off, one lobster tail was rubbery, the other was mushy and broke apart on contact. Would come back for regular pho perhaps.

Other people had been waiting for an hour. The restaurant was empty. Got home to find they had missed all thesalad from the vermicelli and had given me the wrong starter. And what?s worse it wasn?t even edible

We ordered dinner through... read more Saigon Rex has the best Vietnamese food and service in Calgary. They alway go above and beyond to make sure their customers are happy. We ordered dinner through Skip the dishes, after our order was delivered, I noticed that there was a mistake with what weordered. I called the restaurant and without hesitation, they apologized and said they would make and deliver the correct orderas soon as possible. Within 20 minutes the driver from the restaurant delivered the correct order to my home and also apologizedfor the mix up. I can't recommend this restaurant enough! Exceptional food and service. Thank you Saigon Rex!
