I visited Roni's Kitchen when she worked with Café Koi (back 2017) and I can absolutely vouch for her delicious food and culinary skills. Amazing that they are vegan lessons, I must register! All these years later, I still remember her.

My husband and I had Roni's kitchen our wedding and our not Veg friends and family loved it!

The Cafe Koi has worked with Roni's Kitchen in the city to offer Calgarians a unique vegetarian menu on weekends. I had the Shakshuka, it was served on a cast iron pan, a sauteed tomato based vegetetable blend with a homemade cheese, and two eggs. Eggs can be exchanged with eggplants and chickpeas, also uber delcious. The menu is that it is soy-free. When we think about vegetarians, we traditionally think about tofu in whatever marinated. Roni's Kitchen has found a nutritional flavor without relying on soy protein. Food is excellent, the granola with fresh ginger is not excessively sweet. I recommend getting the cashew fermented yogurt. Desserts change weekly. Drink menu is just as delicious as the rest of the menu.

The food that makes Roni is excellent in taste and innovation. The chickpeas cubes were full of taste, whole chickpeas, added texture, came with plastered vegetables. The Burekas (almond cheese and eggplants) were amazingly good. Good size served and healthy food. Very recommended

I tried the shakshuka, which was served in a cast iron pan and consisted of a sautéed, tomato-based vegetable blend with homemade cheese and two eggs. The food is fantastic, with the granola topped with fresh ginger being just the right amount of sweetness. I highly recommend trying the cashew fermented yogurt. The dessert options change weekly and the drink menu is equally as impressive as the food offerings.
