Poolside At Arts - Calgary

The service was terrible. wait for ever to eat and drink, I think our 1st server was more concerned about the termination of their layer that they did not even write our order correctly. the pool found to be cooler than expected.

It was somewhat enjoyable on all fronts. The service was excellent. Because of the dinnerware and cutlery needing to be plastic or paper at a poolside setting, the meal presentation was not particularly elegant. However, what was not pleasant, was the extreme heat. We came for brunch in our street clothes but because people are swimming and lounging in the pool area where we also dined, we were quite hot and left early.

Fun concept, but food really is a light “poolside menu” and it’s a bit awkward eating and drinking while hotel guests are swimming. Bottom line is it’s a fun idea but very casual.

Excellent place for a date or quality girl time. Server Molly is also really great at customer service!

Hotel Arts has the only pool in Calgary where you can casually drink champagne on a Wednesday afternoon. It’s fabulous!
