The people making the food were not wearing gloves while touching their phones, frying raw chicken and making pizza. We did not see them once wash their hands. Definitely not sanitary and people can get sick.
First time at this 16 Ave NW location and I would never want to go back there again. I placed a full order of popcorn chicken for $10.49 and they gave me exact 41 pieces of tiny popcorn chicken which didn’t make up for half of the box. Just a sad-looking ONE layer of tiny chicken pieces at the bottom of the box. I showed them the photo in Pizza 73’s website which features a box full of tiny pieces. The front desk lady argued with me and refused to fulfill the order like the photo. I even called the customer service to confirm if popcorn chicken are sold by box or pieces. Customer service said it would depend on locations. I went to a different location on McKnight Blvd NE, 6 kms from this location on 16 Ave NW and I put in the same order of popcorn chicken for same $10.49 and they gave me a full box of chicken pieces, filled to the brim. Don’t get ripped off like I was at this location. Go to a different Pizza 73 location to get your money worth. Very horrible experience at this location. Customer service is bad. They would rather raise their voice and argue with you than to make customers satisfied with their orders. So bad !!!
The pizza dough was uncooked. the donair pizza had one small slice of donair meat on every piece that was it. Almost no cheese on pizza and it arrive cold.
Very bad pizza hardly any cheese or sauce and very expensive The pizza was cold And the fries also
