Just received our order from Pizza 73, and several items were missing: extra toppings worth $15, a drink, and we got the wrong dessert despite paying extra for a different one. The sauce on the chicken was also incorrect. Very disappointing service quality.

This is by far the worst Pizza Hut in the city. I've ordered from multiple locations, but this one always lets me down. Today, I placed a delivery order and waited an hour for a small pizza and cinnamon buns, only to be told it would still take another 40 minutes.

I wish I could give this place zero stars. Their sign promised my pizza would be ready in ten minutes, but after fifteen minutes, it just disappeared. Then they said it would be "ready in two minutes." Half an hour later, I finally got my personal pan pizza, which should have been quick to make. There were no apologies or any compensation—just a simple "here's your pizza" after all that waiting.

I've ordered from Pizza 73 twice, and both times the Cheese Lovers pizza had very little cheese. This time, they also gave us one 8-inch pizza instead of two 10-inch pizzas. Honestly, I would recommend choosing any other place.

We went back to return the pizza, but both the manager and the front staff insisted it wasn’t burnt. The entire staff, including the manager, was very rude. This is the worst customer service I've ever encountered! Do yourself a favor and avoid this place!
