We had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant, primarily due to the rude behavior of the manager. Our order took over an hour to arrive, and when it finally did, the manager called my wife and yelled at her, accusing her of not telling the delivery driver our address. He claimed it was our fault that the pizza was late. When she offered to show him her phone records as proof, he yelled something in another language and abruptly hung up. I decided to call back to speak with him, but he hid behind one of the female staff members. When he eventually came to the phone, he said he could speak to women however he wanted and even challenged me to come to the restaurant to confront him. I plan to go there tomorrow to address this issue directly.
I ordered a ham and pineapple pizza along with some wings. The pizza had very little toppings; there were only about 3 or 4 pieces of ham and pineapple on a large pizza, and the crust was extremely thin. The wings, which were supposed to be salt and pepper, tasted completely off and were overly seasoned. I will never order from this location again, nor will I choose Pizza 73 in general. After reading other reviews, it seems they haven't addressed their ongoing issues, so I don't want to support a business like that. It was very disappointing and a waste of money. They really need to make some changes.
I live in the area and have ordered pizza and chicken wings from both the 130 Ave location and the Mahogany location. I've noticed that the chicken wings at the Mahogany location are usually smaller than those from the 130 Ave location, and the pizza often arrives not warm enough. I suggest improving your service and considering what the 130 Ave location does right.
I've ordered from Pizza 73 twice, and both times the Cheese Lovers pizza had very little cheese. This time, they also gave us one 8-inch pizza instead of two 10-inch pizzas. Honestly, I would recommend choosing any other place.
We went back to return the pizza, but both the manager and the front staff insisted it wasn’t burnt. The entire staff, including the manager, was very rude. This is the worst customer service I've ever encountered! Do yourself a favor and avoid this place!
