Before that, I had a frustrati... read more First, I ordered and paid for a dairy-free and gluten-free pizza, but when it finally arrived, it was topped with regular cheese. Before that, I had a frustrating experience with their customer service. The agent I spoke to at 273-7373 was arrogant and rude. I had to ask him three times for a direct phone number to the location I ordered from, as SkiptheDishes stated they couldn't provide estimated delivery times since Pizza 73 uses their own couriers. The agent simply told me I had to contact Skip if I wanted to know my order's status, despite me explaining that wasn’t an option. Every time I asked for a direct number, he just repeated that he couldn’t check on my order status. Eventually, after trying to explain my situation for too long, I had to resort to being rude myself before he finally answered my question. Save your money and avoid Pizza 73 at all costs.

The cheese was not covering the pizza at all, the sauce was not good and the chicken wings were very..... ok.I was really hoping they were still good but I've learned my lesson. I was charged 60 bucks, I tipped well and now we have 2 pizzas in the garbage.Nice delivery guy, ?. I hope you get it together pizza 73 cause I grew up on you guys.

I ordered because the Crave coupon was advertised both online and I received a flyer. Order arrived with no coupon (yet my receipt said they issued it). I asked the delivery man where it was and he said “It’s not my job to know that”. I called Pizza 73 support and they called they store and learned the store doesn’t have anymore coupons. So why didn’t they call me and let me know they couldn’t fulfill the order? Had they called me to tell me that I would have cancelled my order. The ONLY reason I was ordering was because of the promotion. To add insult to injury the pizza was cold and terrible. DO NOT order from here, unless you like wasting money and eating terrible pizza.EDIT: Pizza 73 Support responded to my email and supplied me with the code. They said they would also be reaching out to the store to ensure they didn’t do this with other customers.
