Did not enjoy the pile of uncooked cabbage... read more Broth was good and noodles were cooked well. Pork belly was on the tougher side and the sides were very unappealing. Did not enjoy the pile of uncooked cabbage and soggy shitaki mushrooms topping the ramen. Would suggest a quick marinade on the mushrooms to elevate dish. Egg was overcooked and grainy.
