It was such a pleasant time and such a nice atmosphere for a casual dining night. Everyone loved the food. We picked every meals from burgers, seafood and pasta and it was great! The drinks tasted amazing too. The Bellini I really do recommend. It's also friendly to kids too. The service was also really friendly, kind and catering. Food came out at a good time. This place is amazing.

The food was great as... read more This low review is directed at way I was handled (or lack thereof) by the working manager during my visit Aug 25, 2023 during happy hour. The food was great as usual and we had great seats on the patio. Weather was hot and I really enjoyed the ambiance. The server was also kind and helpful. The issue is I have a e-gift certificate given to me for my birthday and somehow they were not able to honor it. The server said they were not able to honor it because of some system error. She did go back and forth a couple of times to talk to the manager but to no avail. As someone experience in the hospitality industry, I believe the manager should not have left the issue with the server. He/she should have come out and apologize in person. I ended up having to pay for the whole bill. Not an issue, but I expected to use the gift card.I was worried that my gift card would not work anywhere else so I went to my local Milestones (Tsawwassen) and asked the hostess. The manager came out, took a picture of my e-gift card and came back in less than 2 minutes with a printout of my balance. No issue whatsoever!I don't know if this is a corporate issue where some locations cannot redeem the e-gift cards or is it the lack of training on the part of the manager of this location.

When we arrived we were offere... read more Had a reservation at this location to dine with out of town guests. Requested a regular height table with room for a service dog. When we arrived we were offered a cramped booth, instead of our requested table. Three levels of management refused to honour our reservation request, and instead were insulting and dismissive. They took no ownership for their error and told us we were less important than another party. We went elsewhere and will no longer patronize this restaurant. If you want loud, expensive, poor service, and liars go here, otherwise go down the street to a much classier restaurant like we did.

If it's a nice day, be sure to sit on the patio for some excellent people watching. The staff here are friendly and attentive.
