Was Jovani Jacobs at KFC a mag?
Every time I go to KFC in Crowfoot the staff are always very friendly & very helpful. The food is always fresh & hot. I always receive coupons in the mail which is great. Always a great choice if your looking for a quick dinner & no cooking. I never use the delivery service because I like my food to be nice & hot so prefer to pick up. What Fifi dislikes about KFC:
I ordered a large serving of corn at this restaurant, but was surprised to find that it wasn't included as a side dish and I had to pay full price for it. It was $7.50, whereas it used to be $6. Additionally, the serving size seemed to have decreased significantly, with only 1/3 of the bowl filled. This was quite disappointing as it used to be at least 80% full in the past. You were expecting, maybe, something out of the Michelin Guide? It's KFC. Formulaic as McDonald's. No surprises, no treats. KFC. Period.

Not as fresh as I would hope. Portions on smaller side. Oil used Needs to be changed more frequently, sometimes imparts a burnt Flavour to the food. Still need better, healthier options. Restaurant needs 'brightening' up!

As always, don't wait hours to eat your fries or they become dry/crusty or soggy (after microwaving them). The chicken was actually crispy. It was quite busy and I get the impression everyone in the area goes there lots!!!

Tables were dirty at 5pm.Good always good. New seasoned fries were delicious.Very nice staff. Even asked if I wanted extra items…. Like sauces or plates.
