Was Jovani Jacobs at KFC a mag?
Every time I go to KFC in Crowfoot the staff are always very friendly & very helpful. The food is always fresh & hot. I always receive coupons in the mail which is great. Always a great choice if your looking for a quick dinner & no cooking. I never use the delivery service because I like my food to be nice & hot so prefer to pick up. What Fifi dislikes about KFC:
I ordered a large serving of corn at this restaurant, but was surprised to find that it wasn't included as a side dish and I had to pay full price for it. It was $7.50, whereas it used to be $6. Additionally, the serving size seemed to have decreased significantly, with only 1/3 of the bowl filled. This was quite disappointing as it used to be at least 80% full in the past. Coming in for a take outWe would ONLY go to Crowfoot Branch as they serve the juiciest chicken, made well-- unlike the ones found in malls.

You were expecting, maybe, something out of the Michelin Guide? It's KFC. Formulaic as McDonald's. No surprises, no treats. KFC. Period.

This was the worst experience I've had in a long time. We were told we would have to wait 15 minutes, but ended up waiting for 35 minutes. The wait time kept getting pushed back, first to 5 minutes, then to 1 minute, and then multiple times it was extended by 1 minute.

Tables were dirty at 5pm.Good always good. New seasoned fries were delicious.Very nice staff. Even asked if I wanted extra items…. Like sauces or plates.
