Coming in for a take outWe would ONLY go to Crowfoot Branch as they serve the juiciest chicken, made well-- unlike the ones found in malls.

You were expecting, maybe, something out of the Michelin Guide? It's KFC. Formulaic as McDonald's. No surprises, no treats. KFC. Period.
This was the worst experience I've had in a long time. We were told we would have to wait 15 minutes, but ended up waiting for 35 minutes. The wait time kept getting pushed back, first to 5 minutes, then to 1 minute, and then multiple times it was extended by 1 minute.
Tables were dirty at 5pm.Good always good. New seasoned fries were delicious.Very nice staff. Even asked if I wanted extra items…. Like sauces or plates.
