Very flavourful, not greasy, the best fries and gravy.

We were created by an unenthusiastic simpleton that asked if we wanted ketchup 3 times throughout the order. As I sat and waited I noticed most tables were not wiped, had crumbs and spilled sauce, gross.The mix bucket food was made in advance, which left the chicken strips dry and rubbery, the popcorn chicken chewy, and the breaded chicken soggy. The person up sold me to the larger fries. But we only got a small gravy.This meal and experience was total ****. The Colonel would be disgusted.

The front counter staff member then directed me to the self serve o... read more I would give 0 stars if I could…went up to the counter to place my order with nobody inline. The front counter staff member then directed me to the self serve option…guess he didn’t want to place my order? The self serve would not allow me to add cheese and bacon to my chicken sandwich, back to the front counter staff! He then proceeded to place the order, and got it wrong. After purchasing my order he then proceeded to tell me it will be an additional 10 minutes for my sandwich…worst customer service ever!! I requested a refund and took my business to StrEATs and had an amazing experience.
