Food is really good but service does not cater to customers. We arrived 40 minutes before close and they told us that they were already closed. When further questioned they said they could make our food but had very limited protein options. We decided not to order. Very disappointing.
Eh. Probably just a little too trendy for me. I prefer my food warm for the most part. I'm also not crazy about raw fish, as I just found out. It was kind of expensive I thought, although I'm proud of myself for trying it. There's nothing wrong with the place or the people working there, it's just not at all to my taste. I kept looking at the bowl wishing it was gone already.
As a place in downtown to get a healthy and delicious fast food lunch, it is my favourite for sure. It 's probably my go-to at any mall that has it as well. It 's nice to have something fresh and green, and it really is so so so good. Love the Yuzu!

Love Hula and I’m obsessed with their Poke bowls. Always fresh! I’m not giving 5 stars because sometimes they give me rice instead of kelp noodles (which I pay extra for). I think they just go too fast and don’t pay attention to those substitutions. It’s always sad when you walk all the way back to the office and you see it’s the wrong base. But bowls are always flavourful and tasty! Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5
