This is a counter order type diner. We both had eggs benedict - very good. Coffee and water were self serve. Coffee was good but water was warm and served in a styrofoam cup. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Holy Grill:
I came for a bit about 3pm. The place was not busy. I asked to sit in the patio - ok. Some of the tables on the patio had bits of food on the tabletops from the last diners. I made my order. When It was brought out I asked if the server would wipe off my table - which she did. But no one touched the other tables which needed wiping. Not good practice. Washroom ok. View all feedback.
Considering a downtown location a very reasonable place for super yummy burgers and Panini. Loved the place..
Very nice panini, good wholesome ingredients. Well worth the wait during their busy lunch periods. Their beet fries are wonderful, not many people can do them as good.
Yes! Just as I remembered the Mr. Chicken still a hit and the fries yummy! I got a good parking spot and beat the lunch rush. Today must be my lucky day!
On the last Saturday morning that I was back home in Calgary, I ventured out again for brunch #2 to catch up with a friend that had also been away for school. We originally wanted to go to the ever popular Over Easy Breakfast, but even though we tried to go early (like 9:30AM) the line up was still over 1 hour long… so we ended up looking up another brunch place to check out nearby.
My friend and I came here for lunch a few weeks back. We both ordered the veggie burger, hand cut fries and beet root chips. I've never had beet root chips before, but they were oily, crispy, and crunchy, all in a good way! The true star of lunch was the veggie burger, with the creamy avocado and tasty patty. The food here truly does not disappoint.
