Colleagues treated me to supper at the Fusion Eatery.  I had never had Lebanese cuisine before tonight (although I am very fond of Greek .<br/ <br/ The restaurant itself was extremely clean and bright (washrooms included .  Lots of display windows to show of the many delightful treats.<br/ <br/ This was the most amazing food I've had in a long time.  I let my host order for me and he treated me to a wide variety of menu items (and a huge portions of food that happily I will enjoy tomorrow again!  All of the items that were chosen were extremely fresh and the flavours were incredible.  Of course I have nothing to compare it to but if Lebanese food is all like this, then I'm hooked!<br/ <br/ I will definitely be back again and will recommend to friends in Calgary.<br/ I only wish we had a version of this restaurant in Lethbridge.

I wasn't quite sure what level of spiciness to expect, but the garlic flavor was enjoyable without being overwhelming. It might not be the best fit for those who prefer less adventurous cuisine, but if you're looking for something different, definitely check this place out—you'll likely want to come back!
