However, the atmosphere in the basement restaurant felt cold and institutional, with very bland decor. It was not a romantic or fun place to dine. The food reminded me of a hospital cafeteria, with my chicken burger being overly salty and the Caesar salad lacking in flavor. My friend's stir fry was just okay. Overall, I would not recommend this restaurant for a special night out.

It's in the basement of the International Hotel so that wasa bit of a surprise. Low ceiling and it looks like it used to be a cafeteria. It was clean and nicely decorated though. The use servers were scattered and awkward but the food was fantastic. Great lunch selections with generous portions for the price. I wouldn't recommend it for a fancy occasion but if you're downtown and want a great lunch it's worth checking out.
