But Ginger Beef Express definitely delivered with freshly cooked, piping hot ginger beef and sweet and sour chicken. The ginger beef was so fresh I actually burned my tongue! After a stressful day of job interviews, I wasn’t expecting much, especially so close to closing time. I truly appreciate that they went the extra mile to provide a high-quality meal, unlike many places that would have just served up something sitting under heat lamps. Thank you!
