Was Ebru Elçiboğa at Gallys Pub a mag?
Little joint in a strip mall. We have been coming here for years. Very good pizza. Crispy crust, great sauce with lots of toppings. Very nice and friendly server the other day. Worth a stop if you are in the neighbourhood View all feedback.
What Scruffle dislikes about Gallys Pub:
Formerly known as Galianos, this place used to have a lot of hype from the locals when I worked nearby. I'm not quite sure what all the fuss was about. We decided to check it out while watching a game, but it didn't meet our expectations. The atmosphere felt off, and the space was cramped. The wings were just mediocre, and the service was slow. It’s a small venue, so we ended up leaving after just one round and heade... View all feedback.

Love the pizza, staff is great, good drinks, and friendly locals. Ive been eatting here for a LONG TIME and has let me down VERY few times. My choice if staying at the Holiday Inn Calgary Airport. Only downfall they dont deliver. but you can still pick it up and bring it back or enjoy eatting in house =)
There are certainly no bells and whistles with Gallianos but what it lacks in style it makes up for in friendliness. During my recent visit to the Calgary area I spent about 5 sessions in here and didn't feel out of place and the locals seemed pretty friendly. The food was average or above and there was nothing that I didn't like whilst eating here, also keep an eye on the daily specials as that took around a 3rd of the price offf the regular cost. I'm a draught beer drinker and there was only 2 beers on draught but I stuck with the Kokanee and it was OK even though it was the first time I've ever drank the stuff. There are not to many alternatives in this part of the town if you want to have a drink but I wouldn't deter you from dropping in here. One thing to watch though is the opening times, many times the bar didn't open until 4:00 in the afternoon and usually shuts by midnight.
