What User likes about Fork and Salad:
If you want something quick that you won't feel guilty about later, head to Fork and Salad. The ingredients are incredibly fresh, they don't skimp on the amount like most places, and there are so many different combinations that you'll never get sick of it. I go there almost weekly and find myself craving it often (like seriously, who craves salad?!?!). The only consistently disappointing thing about Fork and Salad i... View all feedback. What User doesn't like about Fork and Salad:
Went here for dinner one weekday after work. The salads here are varied, fresh, and LARGE. I would have to be a total health nut in order to get through one of these. They seem a bit expensive, but when you consider how much is served, on a per ounce basis they really are properly priced. View all feedback.

read moreFork + Salad shows promise but falls short with unblended smoothies, lackluster gluten-free options, and inconsistent service. Despite the fresh ingredients, some offerings lack flavor, like the yogurt in the parfait. However, standout items like the Home on the Range salad and berry smoothie shine. This spot is a healthy and guilt-free option, making it a convenient choice for travelers. The massive portions and fresh ingredients keep customers coming back, despite occasional shortcomings. A place with potential marred by occasional missteps, Fork + Salad is worth a visit for its promising menu and overall freshness.

I did not enjoy this salad at all. The chicken was extremely dry, and the dressing consisted only of mayo with no seasoning.
