I recently had an incredible experience at Amazing Subs, the best in Calgary! You can place an order in advance and they are always ready right on time. The boba smoothies are absolutely delicious with a wide variety of flavors and options for customization.
Virtually no beef in the black bean/vegDish small portion overall. Voiced it to the person upon leaving. There was no concern or offer to rectify the issue.1st and last time here....
I will not be returning to this restaurant. I usually do not leave reviews to avoid negatively impacting a local business, but my experience was terrible. My pho ended up costing around $18 in total. I like to add vegetables to my pho, but they do not offer a vegetarian option. I was charged over $4 to add vegetables, and the soup itself was around $14. The portion size was the smallest I have ever seen at a pho restaurant. We were not served water when we arrived, and it was not even offered. When I asked for extra limes, I was given only half of a lime. The owner was not friendly, but did say goodbye and thank you in a very dry manner when we paid for our food. The dining area was small, the bathroom was not clean, and it seemed more geared towards grab-and-go orders. There were random items stored in the dining room. When I asked the owner if I could plug in my phone for a few minutes to get directions back to the children's hospital, he refused. I had to ask a stranger outside for directions because my phone was dead. Overall, it was not a pleasant dining experience.
