Description

Eldorado BBQ Lounge offers delicious appetizers, with the corn dogs being a standout dish. The varied platter, burger, and cuban sandwich are also highly recommended. The atmosphere is upscale with attentive servers. The restaurant received praise for accommodating large groups and providing exceptional service. The Heuvos Rancheros and caesars are highlights on the menu, making it a great spot for breakfast or brunch. While the food is excellent, some found the prices to be a bit high. Overall, Eldorado BBQ Lounge is a must-visit for tasty food and a welcoming ambiance.

I went to the restaurant for my birthday and assumed we arrived early since we were told there was only a one-hour wait for bowling.

A business colleague and I had planned to eat at another restaurant on this street but found that it had closed. Since Eldorado was just a few doors down, we decided to try it. We were greeted immediately as we entered the restaurant and, when we asked for a quiet table, were shown to a table in the back, which was perfect. I had the taco trio, although there were four tacos instead of three. Two had shrimp, one had smoked chicken and the other had seared steak. They were accompanied by three different salsas. The shrimp tacos both had two large shrimp on them. I only ate two tacos and took the remaining two home for dinner. My lunch companion had the Peruvian aji salmon. There were shrimp and mussels as well as the salmon. The salmon portion was quite small and there were not that many shrimp and mussels, however he did say the food was tasty. The tacos were $26 and the salmon $24. The food was delicious, but I would normally not spend this much for a lunch. Lucky for me, my colleague treated.

Attended the WRLA in Calgary with a group of sales people of about 25. The Eldorado was having their “soft opening”. Some of our people walked over to ask if they could accommodate 20 to 30 people for supper. They were thrilled to have us. Their hospitality was second to none. They could not do enough for us. The food was exceptional from the appetizers to the steaks. The GM took us on a tour of the restaurant showing us their wine storage (an 80 year old safe,) and their mounted wall hangings. Kat was an exceptional waitress attending to our many needs and putting up with our bad jokes. We will definitely be back next year.

With a rating of 3.5 out of 5, The National features a bowling alley on the main level, a bar located upstairs, and even a ping pong table on a higher floor.

The caesars at this restaurant are fantastic, and their brunch menu is also top-notch. The bowling alley is a fun activity to do with a group, but it can be pricey.
