Feedback
This restaurant is a fantastic choice for a business lunch. The food was delicious, and the ambiance was perfect for conversation with just the right noise level. I have nothing to complain about!
The food was quite good, but the service left something to be desired. Our server appeared hurried, pushing us to place our orders, and even took my grandchild's meal away before she had finished. While the server did ask if she was done, my shy and quiet grandchild didn’t voice her thoughts. Although the server was efficient, a greater awareness of the customers' needs would enhance the overall experience.
The portion sizes appeared to be smaller, but the food was scrumptious. I also want to express my gratitude for the thoughtful gesture of the 'birthday card' from the staff. Thank you!
I made a reservation for five adults, but we were seated at a table meant for four. When we requested a larger table—especially considering there were many empty ones—the hostess had to ask for the manager’s approval to accommodate us. Eventually, we were moved, but it was frustrating because they were aware of our group size from the reservation. Why was it such a hassle for them to seat us comfortably? The initial service left much to be desired, but fortunately, our waitress was fantastic.
Our server, Chloe, was exceptional! She was warm, welcoming, and friendly. She anticipated our needs by bringing refills without us having to ask, kept our table tidy, and checked in on us regularly. We noticed she provided the same level of attention to the customers next to us, who also seemed to appreciate her service. However, the music was quite loud, making it challenging to have a conversation with the person sitting directly across from me. I'm sure others would also prefer a lower volume. It was only 5:30 PM, and we could barely hear each other. Perhaps the loud music would be better suited for the late-night crowd seeking a more lively atmosphere, rather than for those of us who would like a quieter dining experience.
