Food is always great. We do pick up and they have always got our order right. Good portion sizes too. Food: 4 Service: 5 Service: Takeaway Price per person: $60–70
Would give negitive stars if i could. Ordered thru uber eats. Had edits on the order, they called me to specify allergies and such, after which they failed to mention they didnt have what i wanted. Order was still put thru and i was still on the hook for 25$ worth of food i did not get.
I’ve eaten at many Chinese restaurants in Calgary and this one is by far my favourite. The service is so friendly and the food is fresh and of excellent quality. The restaurant is very clean and has a nice atmosphere. I would highly recommend Dragon Gate Restaurant for Chinese food in Calgary.
I'm not sure what the atmosphere is like since we ordered it through Uber Eats, but this is the best Chinese food I've had in a very long time. A big plus for me is that I didn't get a migraine after eating it!
Food was hot! But… the sugar was literally crystallized on the Cashew Chicken dish. It felt like I had candied cashews on top of my meal. The curry was good, but the vegetables were massive and still super crunchy/raw. Not what I was expecting for the price.
