However, the service could use some improvement, as it seemed odd that other diners who arrived after us finished their meals before we received ours. There appeared to be a mix-up in the ordering process, especially since many customers were ordering breakfast items, which are generally similar. On a positive note, our server was fantastic and very kind.

We are a fami... read more My family and I had a fantastic experience at Sandman West Calgary, followed by breakfast at Denny's. Our server, Genet, was absolutely wonderful. We are a family of four with two young children, and she went out of her way to ensure that both my wife and I were well taken care of, while also making sure the kids were happy and well-fed. I highly recommend this Denny's, and if you go, be sure to ask for Genet!

She was fantastic—friendly and made sure I didn't feel embarrassed when I accidentally spilled my coffee at the end of my meal. It was truly refreshing to have such a cheerful and sunny server. She had a big smile and was incredibly gracious.
