I need to have Gluten free and Dairy free, which quite often gives me no choices or very bad choices. Not here...my friend ordered the GF/DF carrot cake and it was to die for. I have placed an order online and select the delivery. The system said I was authorized to deliver home and placed my order. After receiving my receipt, I noticed that it was displayed in-store pickup. We stumbled upon this fantastic bakery years ago when our granddaughter was diagnosed as needing egg and dairy-free products. I truly believe this is the only bakery in Alberta that caters to this need, and we were delighted to discover it. Jan is a fantastic baker and I appreciate how she not only creates these healthy cupcakes and cakes, but also ensures they are delicious. We are constantly amazed by her talent. She has provided cakes and cupcakes for numerous family events over the years, beautifully decorated and always a hit. Her service is truly exceptional.
The restaurant offers a wide variety of vegan and gluten-free desserts! The cupcakes were incredibly tasty and reasonably priced. The texture was quite soft and on the sweeter side, but still delicious!

Last night, we celebrated my birthday with dinner at a restaurant, and I was pleasantly surprised with a cake from Cookie Mama. As someone who is highly lactose intolerant, I rarely get to enjoy desserts. However, Cookie Mama made a lactose-free chocolate cake that was not only the best I've ever had, but also moist, delicious, and enjoyed by everyone at the table. Thank you, Cookie Mama, for helping to make my birthday so perfect!
