Chatime seems to be struggling with consistency, leaving customers less than satisfied. Recently, patrons reported incorrect orders, bland flavors, and even hygiene violations, with one unfortunate incident involving hair found in food. While some appreciate the friendly service and a varied menu, others express frustration over errors and unprofessional behavior from staff, particularly management. Despite some positive experiences with drinks like Thai tea and boba, the overall decline in food quality and customer service raises concerns. It’s a mixed bag, and many hope for improvements to restore their trust in the popular bubble tea spot.

The woman owner/manager with short hair was impolite. I waited for five to ten minutes while she was on the phone. I told her that I wanted a regular level of brown sugar without any toppings and 2 cakes. She couldn't catch it, so instead of asking me what my options were, she yelled at me and said that I couldn't order cakes while she was still punching in my drink order to the register. If the owner think it is frustrating for her to work, then you should let your employee handle the job instead. You simply lack any kind of customer service and are incredibly unprofessional.
I’ve been ordering here and they’ve been messing up my orders even before. I asked for brown sugar milk tea but there was no black pearls in it, only the syrup. It’s common sense to put the black pearls there. Also, they always miss one or two orders like my takoyaki. If you guys want to buy here, just keep repeating your orders from the cashier and make sure everything is right.
Chatime has super yummy drinks and such a friendly staff. My sisters and I love the mango green tea with mango jellies.
