Occasionally, the wait time can be a bit lengthy since the place can get quite busy. That's why I prefer to order and pay in advance and simply drop by to pick up my drinks.

When I received my bubble tea, the container was dirty... read more The staff at this restaurant could use some customer service training to be more friendly and welcoming. When I received my bubble tea, the container was dirty and there was tea dripping everywhere. I had to request a napkin to clean it up before I could hold it. Eventually, they noticed the mess and took care of it. Although the tea itself was good, my overall experience was rather disappointing.

I also wanted popcorn chicken added to the order and the person at the till charged me for my drink and popcorn chicken. Turns out that my wife already paid online for the drink so I was asking if Ican get a refund on paying extra. The lady didn?t understand what I was trying to say so she asked another employee to help her.I explained my story and overall, they refused a refund. I don?t know the details about online orders and how it affects theirbusiness but refusing to do refunds or ?they don?t do refunds? is super weird. The employee knew I was frustrated anddisappointed so she called her manager and they finally were able to provide a cash refund. I appreciate the effort but there?sstill a lot of work when it comes to providing adequate customer service. Shout out to Monica for making things work.

They have raised their price and the quantity is still the same as when they were for around 5 bucks (which was still not much). So maybe lower price or add somemore fries because it's not worth it to buy for that price.
