The carbonara was creamy and rich with just the right balance of flavors, and the ragu pasta was hearty, comforting, and perfectly seasoned. Truly some of the best pasta I’ve had in the city. The service was fantastic as well — warm, attentive, and made the evening feel extra special. One detail I really appreciated was that they allowed us to bring our own bottle of champagne, which paired perfectly with the meal and made the night even more memorable. If you’re looking for incredible handmade pasta, great hospitality, and a cozy, welcoming atmosphere, I can’t recommend Cardinale enough. I’ll definitely be coming back!
