Unfortunately we had a terrible experience this last visit -- so will not be returning.Service was okay -- nothing great -- but we did not get the food we ordered. Plus it was supposed to be Happy Hour with half price Nachos and half price beer and tequila.When we received our Nachos they did not have the toppings we ordered -- but we kept them because we had been waiting a while and were hungry. When the bill came they charged us an extra $1.00/tequila vs what the menu showed. They charged full price for the Nachos -- plus extras that we had received.We disputed the bill and they made some changes -- but ultimately we were overcharged. It really felt like they just padded the bill and expected payment. Won't be back!

I was appalled at the service today...I ordered huevos rancheros...after waiting more than 15mins before anybody noticed to serve me .when this plate arrived I... read more I was appalled at the service today...I ordered huevos rancheros...after waiting more than 15mins before anybody noticed to serve me .when this plate arrived I could see there was something missing..it was the fruit...I asked her there should be fruit?..she wasn't sure and said she's never served this before and added I will grab a fruit for you .!this huevos ranchos plate was disgusting..exactly like a previous reviewer had written...blan ugh!!.when she brought the fruit she never said anything..she dropped it off without my noticing and walked off...I motioned to her if it was really showing the menu ? she said yes I forgot to add it onto the plate.( no apology..)after that she didn't ask me how were things. she didn't give me any water .I had to ask other's for water and my bill...no tip for this lousy service...While I'm at it. I've eaten there twice prior today. lived in other countries..so I know the difference.when it come to excellent service to medioca and excellent value for money when it comes to overpriced ****..I was not impressed the other 2xs times either but decided to give it a go hoping for a better server than the one I had the last two times...loll worse .I loved the natchos .the first time I was there and the second time I asked for them to be boxed because I was ordering two meals .one was the flat bread whatever which was suggested its easier to box .I decided to eat the flatbread and have them box the nachos is which I hadnt seen yet...I got home only to find there was nothing more than a few mouthful of natchos! what a **** rip off..for $12 it was disgusting...I know they can give value in these but not this time....makes me wonder who the chefs are? They are robbing people with bad service thrown in....never again...surly staff.

We ordered six different tacos and... read more I absolutely love Mexican and a fan of their sister restaurant Anjeo. Unfortunately Blanco does not meet the same standards. We ordered six different tacos and two of their signature cocktails. Our tacos came out and we could hardly tell the different between them all as they all tasted the exact same...bland,cold and nothing to write home about. The presentation, the food and the service was lackluster. Wouldn't be visiting again anytime soon.

The food was incredible, especially the beef cheese burrito—that queso had me feeling like I was straight-up in Mexico! The atmosphere was so lively, and we had such a great time. Huge thanks to Britney for being so sweet and making our night even better! Can’t wait to come back. This place is a must-try! The Blanco team was super efficient with communicating and customizing the party to my exact needs! Our server, Britany, was a ROCKSTAR!! She made my night so enjoyable and she did an amazing job.
