I had the chicken Quesadilla, it was perfect, would have it again, no questions. I love the patio in the summer time, but in the winter its a great warm room to enjoy.<br/ <br/ I have been back many times over the summer and fall for just an afternoon off with a couple of cocktails or a quick dinner sit down on the patio to people watch.<br/ <br/ SUMMERTIME, PATIO TIME, COCKTAILS. . . YES . . .

It does not serve authentic Mexican food so the food tastes exactly as we expect for what it is. 4/5 stars in the context of it being a better than average tex-mex restaurant. Very consistent food and service. Have tried all menu items they taste somewhat redundant, but the fajitas standout. They make great caesar's some tasty margaritas. Staff are efficient, friendly easy-going. Fun, casual spot that we find very reliable.

The chili coconut margarita is definitely not for the faint of heart, as it packs a punch with its spicy kick. However, the heat quickly dissipates without leaving a lingering aftertaste. The Cadillac margarita is also fantastic, with a perfect balance of citrus flavors that are not overwhelming. Overall, we highly recommend visiting this place for a great drink experience.

The food was incredible, especially the beef cheese burrito—that queso had me feeling like I was straight-up in Mexico! The atmosphere was so lively, and we had such a great time. The Blanco team was super efficient with communicating and customizing the party to my exact needs! Our server, Britany, was a ROCKSTAR!! She made my night so enjoyable and she did an amazing job.
