Their various breads are crusty and soft in the middle, just like the bread you used to enjoy before knowing you needed gluten free foods. Try their flat breads, raisin breads, flax bread and their white bread. New at this bakery are the best small sized dinner rolls. Hamburgers have never been better with their hamburger or cheese buns. It is always difficult to avoid buying their cakes, muffins, squares and cookies. I do like to bake these sorts of things at home, using the GF flour mix purchased at Big Star Bakery. This flour mix is the best for pancakes and waffles, too!

I also stocked up on soft white bread (yes thats right - soft gluten free bread!!) as well as pizza crusts!
