They even have a pleasant area with sinks for washing your hands before and after your meal.

When I asked for her name to r... read more The East Indian manager was extremely rude; she yelled at me in front of my children when I mentioned that the food wasn't fresh. When I asked for her name to report her poor customer service to the head office, she refused to provide it and said she didn't care. I will never buy anything from any A&W location again, and I will make sure to share this experience with everyone.

We had to give up on replacement because it took too long. After all that it took a long time to process a simple refund. They had to refund everything then recharge for the stuff the kids ate. There was no apologies and manager wasunpleasant. She didn't disagree with the food being wrong but was very unprofessional in handling it. We won't be back to thatlocation.
