Was dchumik at Apple Eatery a mag?
I seem to have hit it lucky with the opening of the plus 15’s and finding what I think are some hidden gems and the Apple Eatery is another. I’ve been there twice now having the Wor Wonton soup the first time and the Hot n Sour soup today and both were delicious. Prices are good, quality is great and the people are wonderful. Well, the food was horrible. Mainly I could taste the old oil the food was cooked with. It tasted very bad mainly because of the old oil they used . Horrible. Great spot for a quick, satisfying lunch with food court convenience but way better flavour. Came on a friend’s recommendation and was not disappointed. The curry beef noodle was absolutely delicious—rich, bold, and seriously spicy (in the best way). Perfect if you’re craving something hearty with a kick. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
One of the last places in downtown that still feels like an affordable lunch option. The curry brisket is top notch and there's quite a varied menu beyond that.
