Between 3 of us we shared the Tuna Sushimi, brussel sprouts, Nashville fried chicken, pork belly bao buns, and the Viet Clay pot. Cocktails were light and fresh; and we were treated to a birthday dessert as well. Our server was amazing, didn’t catch the name, but really was a big part of our fantastic experience tonight. Pork belly had lots fat on, thick cut, lean meat part wasn’t dry. Buns were nice and fluffy.Liked the decor, good environment, good service.

Finally seated,... read more Disappointing experience at this restaurant. Upon arriving, we were left waiting for 5 minutes before being seated, despite the lack of crowds. Finally seated, we waited even longer for water. When the server arrived, I asked for a recommendation on a dish without beef or pork, only to be met with a list of all such options instead of an actual recommendation. This was my second visit with subpar service, making me question if the food is worth the trouble.

I savored every bite and found the dishes perfect for sharing with friends. The charcuterie board is unique, and I particularly loved the variety of side pickles, especially the garlic and garlic scapes.
