Chick-fil-A is always reliable! Like all of us Southerners, one or more members of my family (in the greater Birmingham area or the Buckhead Atlanta area) eats at a Chick-fil-A at least a few times every week and no one has ever eaten improperly cooked, old, bad, or scary-tasting food. Calera isn't as good as, say, Alabaster, but it's still a good one! View all feedback.
What Jim Holloway doesn't like about Chick-fil-a:
Service was slow and the store was dirty. The trash overflowing when we entered and should have been our warning. Third stop at this location and it will be our last. View all feedback.

CFA NEVER disappoints! We had the chicken nuggets and the taste and breading were spot on as usual.
Crawford went above and beyond to make sure we got our half and half tea and chick fil a sauce!
The lack of responsibility. I have gone to this Chick Fil A for the past 10 times now in last 2 months and i did not know it was that hard to put the sauce i asked for in the bag. I am honestly fed up with the employees who have a simple job to get the orders out and to the customers. You are given a screen with the order above you and sauces which are planted right in front of your face and you can’t do the most simple thing as in putting my sauce in the bag?! Not only that the customer service is poor. Everytime i get greeted with an attitude almost and i am just in underly shock. Then i go to the window and they are rushing me to get my food when there is not a single soul in the place. And let’s not forget, no sauce. This Chick Fil A needs to do better conducting their employees on doing there job at task, but they are too busy promoting young kids to managers when they can’t even do the simple things that their store has provided them. I will not be coming back to this location EVER!! And this is just a disappointment to not only me but to the other people i have contacted and having the same issue as me. Yall have no only lost a loyal customer, but many more to come.
