We’ve been to this location several times. This is the first time we’ve been disappointed this bad—kids there smelled like weed and were using profanity in front of customers. Definitely not the Chick-fil-A style we are used to. And on top of that-my order was wrong.
My service is impeccable, and my food tastes good. The only issue that I have encountered is that my order has been incorrect on several occasions, but this is still my go-to location...! When I can catch the problem at the store, it is corrected immediately.
For the fourth time I’m given the wrong food and the atmosphere is just so messy. Instead of greeting me the girl said “this for you” and i was left speechless couldn’t even ask for my food she just ran away!
They forgot to give me sauce, and the root beer tastes watered down.
We are big fans of Chick-fil-a but this particular location is very disappointing. Every single time we have gotten food here it is never fresh. Tastes like it has been sitting out under a warmer.
