What Aylin Schiller doesn't like about Chick-fil-a:
Order for family of 4 was great. Except my chicken Deluxe sandwich. I think they messed up and put a chicken nugget instead of the normal chicken. It was sad, even my five year old daughter laughed at me as I ate my tomato, lettuce sandwich driving down interstate 65 toward the beach. Would have photo but was driving. View all feedback.
Great service. Good food. I was here several times. Clean and welcoming. Good as any Chik-fil-A I've ever visited.
This is Chick-fil-A what can you say about Chick-fil-A that has not already been said. The food was very good, the service fast, and the employees very nice and greeted me with a smile. I love it.
Dear drive thru order takers... Please refrain from holding personal conversations with patrons when there is a line of cars waiting.
After I long road trip we decided to eat dinner at this location. I took the little one to the bathroom and she had a mild come a part because she was tired and hungry. Well, the employees started to loudly talk about her fit and how kids shouldn't act like that. She is four and we were handling it. I rather not be judged for my parenting. We got her calm and sat to eat then she started to cry again and the employees once again stared and commented on it. So we just packed up our food and ate on the way home. Never have a been in a chik a Fila that the employees were this rude about kids.
I entered the drive thru and pulled in behind a car that was being serviced by a young lady. Another young lady, hiding behind one of the menu boards, appeared and just looked at me. Now the young lady taking the order in front of me had not yet taken that customer 's payment; she was still using her tablet and speaking to them. Then she told the other young lady, who was just staring at me, to come to my car. The girl comes to my car just to tell me I was 20 seconds too late to order some ice cream. While the lights inside, outside, and on the menu boards are still on. Please teach your young people how to provide customer service and not to say things like your 20 seconds too late while they are servicing someone else who looks like them but does not look like me.
