What User dislikes about La Shawarma:
Stopped in for a chicken shawarma wrap. The price was reasonable and the portion was large but the chicken was crunchy. The chicken should be the best part, marinated and spit roasted. Not sure if they zapped it in the microwave to warm it up or what but crunchy chicken was not good. I won't be stopping here the next time Im in town. View all feedback.
Food here is 5 stars so many options best quality food and great place to sit down to eat its very nice inside.
Not the same quality of food, very dry chicken no sauce,Terrible service the owner is very rude.I was very surprised and very very disappointed to have found out it’s under new ownership .
Portion of food has been cut back almost by half. Quality of flavour and meat has also gone down. Used to be my go to spot doesn’t taste the same.
I have been on the hunt for a delicious Kafta sandwich for a very long time, and I finally found it! Most places tend to overcook the meat, leaving it dry and tough, but not these guys. The sandwich was amazing, almost as good as my mom's. The portions were generous as well. I live in Mississauga, and it was definitely worth the drive. I will definitely be back next week. Their homemade hot sauce was delicious too! Normally, I don't pay much attention to the decor of a restaurant, but most shawarma places can be dull and tacky. However, this place was so pleasant that I actually stayed and ate there, which is unusual for me. If you are in the area, I highly recommend giving them a try. I will continue to explore their menu and update my review, but so far, I give them 5 stars just for the Kafta sandwich alone!
Chicken is crunchy and crispy and taste good. The salad is good too but looks like some of the lettuce was old, It turns brown as a result of oxidation. Reasonable prices and they serve in big portions and fast service. Nice decor inside. Friendly staff.
