Ume Sushi - Caledon

Real Sushi. Ume Sushi revitalizes this location, offering a refreshing change from the previous sushi establishment that occupied this corner. This restaurant is outstanding. I truly appreciated the expert preparation of the fish, as well as the elegant presentation. The flavor of the sushi is in a league of its own.

This restaurant is fantastic! They offer some of the most creative and delicious rolls you'll find in the Greater Toronto Area. I was a bit disappointed to see that they've started an all-you-can-eat option, as I don't believe that's their strong suit. I've dined at Sushi Date before, and I must say that Rebekhas is far superior, which is why I keep returning. The staff is also very friendly, and the service is quick and efficient.

I visited Ume Sushi for Valentine's Day to pick up some sushi, and despite being extremely busy, they managed to serve us on time as promised! The staff was great, and the food was delicious!

This is the first time we went to Ume Sushi. Very cozy atmosphere and space. Highly friendly staff. We ordered yasai sushi, yam sushi, atom rolls ann avo Q rolls, and fried dumping. Everything was super tasty, and the service was very fast. We loved our server I'm definitely going back.

Fresh sushi and tasty! Worth the money. I really enjoy coming here.
