Sonic Drive-in - Caldwell

My tater tots were very cold, and my double Sonic bacon burger was initially forgotten in my order. When it finally arrived, it wasn't as it should have been; the bun was soggy, and the cheese looked like it had been sitting out for a while. However, I must commend the manager for her exceptional customer service. Once I spoke to her about the issues, she was incredibly understanding and had no problem preparing a fresh burger that met my expectations. The manager truly deserves five stars for her friendly and professional approach.

While many fast food restaurants have reduced the size of their shakes and, in some cases, increased their prices, Sonic still offers large shakes at what I believe is a reasonable price—provided I don't spill them too often. I really enjoy their chocolate and vanilla shakes with chocolate bits. Their hamburgers are among the best in the fast food industry, especially when topped with a freshly swirled addition. As far as I know, they are the only fast food chain that still provides a satisfying foot-long hot dog.

To be honest, I would give the Caldwell, Idaho location a negative rating. I ordered a Supersonic Breakfast Burrito, and as soon as I got home and opened it, I found it was mostly filled with just tomatoes, onions, and jalapeños. I went back to talk to a staff member, who informed me that this is what the burrito is supposed to be. When I asked about the meat, eggs, and cheese, she offered to make me a new one. This time, it came with a side of disappointment. I spent $10 on this meal, and they couldn't even get it right? They really need to improve their staff. I won't be returning to this place.

Literally the worst service I've ever received. 20 minutes to make my stupid food and it wasn't even worth it. the pommes were cold. the Koney dog was not hot and to cover it from my huh was raw. but they still made me pay. I will never return to this sound again. terrible personal. Oh, man. terrible service.

This was probably the worst Sonic experience we've ever had. The girl at the window gave us our order incorrectly and never bothered to turn around and open the window to ask why we were still at the window minutes after she gave the food to us. We ordered a shake along with the meal. She never gave us the shake. The meal was the five piece chicken tender meal, we didn't get five tenders. We told them about this when another employee came and tried giving us someone else's order because we were waiting for so long, not the one who kept her backed turned mind you, her back was -still-turned at the window even when the other employee came. We let him know our order was incorrect. He gave us our shake and five tenders. Unfortunately, after we got the tenders, they were cold. We had to come back to the window again because these just weren't enjoyable to eat cold. When we asked for them, we got a very cold response. Absolutely horrendous customer service here. Disappointing. The one star is for the one other item that was given to us correctly and on time, a strawberry limeade.
