This was our first visit to amano on recommendation of a neighbour who described this restaurant as a delicious Mexican fusion. the tortillas are made fresh dai... read more This was our first visit to amano on recommendation of a neighbour who described this restaurant as a delicious Mexican fusion. the tortillas are made fresh daily and we are very tasty. the guacamole is a must try if they like a little spicy (like I). I had the shrimp tacos that were amazing! they did not sneak on the garnel and the sauce served in the tacos was very tasty and the zilantro was fresh. hubby had the carne asada he said was very tasteful. the steak was a little hard to cut, but he said that the knife was not sharp enough. the drink menu makes fun, but we just went with their signatures margaritas that were good. the price point is a little high, but considering that they do everything from ground up, it is worth it. we will definitely go back.

The cocktails are some of the best I've had too. The La Flor cocktail is rimmed with house made hibiscus salt and is gorgeous and delicious. I would have never thought dill, mint,and chickpeas would go well on guacamole but low and behold, it's freaking delish! Everything in my pictures was stellar!! Andimportantly, the service was amazing. I will be visiting very often now that I've discovered this gem!!

I... read more This restaurant blew my mind. Truly. It was sensational in every single way. I’ve never had such exotic food and of all hidden gems, it’s in Caldwell, Idaho!! I was thrilled! The craft cocktails and delicious food took me out of my stress and intobliss. It’s so rare to have such great service, cuisine, and atmosphere. I will be back over and over I promise you!
