Flying M Coffee - Caldwell

This coffee shop is a great local spot that offers gifts, souvenirs, and features good art and plants on the walls. It is a step above Dutch Bros, but it is a bit pricier. The shop offers free internet, power outlets, and ample tables and chairs, making it a great place to study. The staff is very friendly, although the shop does close early so make sure to check their hours. Parking can be difficult due to events in Indian Creek Plaza, so be prepared for a bit of a walk. The only downsides are the community fridge could be better stocked and cleaned, and there are pesky flies in the shop. However, flyswatters are available to deal with them. Overall, this coffee shop would be five stars if these issues were addressed.

I wish I could give this restaurant a higher rating... The business and staff were great, but the environmental factors only allowed for a 3-star review. The drinks and food were excellent, but the overwhelming amount of flies around the building was a major drawback. Please understand that this is not the restaurant's fault, as flies are a problem everywhere this year. However, the sheer number of flies in such a large space was quite shocking.

I really enjoy this lively coffee shop! They always offer at least one vegan pastry option. Their cookies are delicious, and they also serve vegan scones and muffins.

Cool coffee shop with art and gifts. On New Year's Day, they offered $10 mimics each. Interesting decorations inside. The Matcha Green Tea Latte was great. It was easy to get here, but there was a lot of snow on the ground. That day it was pretty busy.
