Smokin' J's Bbq - Caldwell

Just the best BBQ spot in Caldwell, in my opinion. Brisket was on the spot. Very recommended, the mac cheese burning. What I wanted to order was not on the menu, but the lady who helped make it happen without any trouble. Great customer service. I can't wait to take my wife here.

Ok seriously by faaaaar the best brisket I've had in a while deliciousness

Wow, I was surprised how good my 1lb. Brisket sandwich was baked with potato salad and beans. I was surprised again when I was told that the Brisket Sandwich came with an Lb from Brisket. That's cheap and the food is not bad. I will definitely go again because they have also smoked ribs, chicken and other objects I try.

I've been living here in Treasure Valley for 15 years and felt like eating BBQ Pulled-Pork and Smoke Beef-Brisket. Found this place in Caldwell actually Smoking Beef-Brisket when I moved to the place The Smoke House BBQ, and ordered Beef-Brisket and Pulled-Pork and these delicious SMOKED buttery red potatoes that so GOOD tasted and literally melted it in your mouth. The Beef-Brisket was the BOMB!!! Beef Brisket is so perfect, only torn with two fingers and the taste was amazing. Pulled-Pork is also delicious! If you ever stop from I DEFINITELY recommend beef brandy and red potatoes...

The ribs are thus gently cooked and directly glazed. If you want to fall from the bone ribs, this is the place to go! We also had the red potatoes, and they are beautifully spiced.
