Moxie Java, your local coffee house, first opened its doors to the residents of Boise, Idaho in 1988. Located in the historic Old Boise area on Main Street, our original cafe combines a passion for coffee with extensive experience in food service operations. We started franchising our concept so that others could enjoy our artisan roasted espresso, brewed coffees, specialty hot and cold tea drinks, and signature frozen blended beverages. In addition, we offer a variety of high-quality and healthy food options, including breakfast wraps, quiche, bagels, wraps, soups, and salads.
