Wednesday night the restaurant was not busy, but we had reservations anyway. The cook came out and talked to us. My wife is on Keto and he beat GF, Low Carb Pasta he made. Very impressive! I had been looking forward to trying Ragazza since it opened in Caldwell, I can say I now have no reason to go back. I had Bison Lasagna part of the bison was dry crispy on the outside like it was leftovers. My husband had Spaghetti with Meatballs, no flavor to meatballs. Spontaneous stop in for dinner and to hear live music. Did not have a reservation, but they made the effort to provide a table for us near the music. Enjoyed the scallops, shrimp scampi, chorizo ragu, and the atmosphere.
Date night with HubbyThe service was good the atmosphere was perfect. Unfortunately the food was terrible and priced near mid to upper fine dining prices. Appetizer: calamari battered in bland panko served with flavorless, watery marinara.Both entrees failed.Clam spaghetti was overly rich, featuring two of 5 clams that did not open during the cooking process. The dish again lacked any flavor.Chicken Alfredo was extremely salty and too rich, a few bites and I was done.
Wonderful restaurant. Great food, friendly Great service, thank you Leslie. You rock girl!! Highly recommend this clean, cute restaurant. They also had some light entertainment too.
Chopped salad very good. The bison tomahawk was great, ordered medium rare came out medium and medium well one edges and at bone the taragon demi was delicious.
Food was great as usual last night. But the service was a little lacking. Our waitress was slow to respond to everything and even show up. Little lacking for a quiet Thursday night. Music might have been a little loud for such a quiet place too last night.
