Mcdonald's - Caldwell

Good food will give you a good amount and hot. This place is clean and organized

This is a great McDonalds! Inside the Walmart, you don't have to drive and then park after getting done with your grocery shopping. They have table service, and they always get the order correct. I would recommend this place, as it typically is not very busy and you don't wait in a line.

Pretty sure they gave my daughter and I food poisoning last night. I should have taken the messy kitchen and employees not paying attention (the guy in front of us waited for a long time (and left) before an employee even realized there was a customer waiting they were to busy talking in back) as a sign to not eat there. I don’t normally post negative reviews but making people sick is not ok.

I swore several months ago that I would never come back to this McD’s. At a weak moment while in the attached Walmart today, I decided to risk it again. Mistake. As before, the staff is horrible! They seem to go out of their way to make customers feel like they are intruding. I can’t say they are rude. Just incredibly disinterested and obviously hate their job. Down the street a mile or two is another McD’s. I go there often because the staff there is incredible. They make everyone feel as if they are their personal friend. It’s all about management. Obviously the manager at this one has been taken from the bottom of the barrel.

If I could give them a negative number i would we were in the drive through at midnight we have already paid with the online app the manager comes out after we have been waiting for 30min says they are closed and we won't be charged just due to the fact they were overwhelmed he then turns around to enter the store realizes the door is locked so he fits the door in anger just hoping someone of some importance reads this that was bull
